I made about 12 or so reservations with this company for two days of service and everything was flawless. They were on time every single ride. Professional. And the communication with Stephanie was awesome. I had to change reservation times at the last minute, and she updated the reservations so quickly and made everything so smooth and easy. We will definitely be using this company in the future

We used Miami VIP limo from the airport to hotel and from cruise pier to airport, and the service was truly 5 star. Manuel and Jose were fantastic drivers, and the communication with them so was easy. We received text and email notifications with instructions to meet the drivers with ease! The cars were clean and comfortable. I will definitely use their service any time I return to Miami.

I had the worse experience with this company. They first obligated me to pay up front the whole amount, which I had no problem, but after everything we went through I learned why they want your money up front. I ordered a stretched Limo in black, the limo arrived on time. I said I had 2 personal security and one had to sit in the front with the driver. The passenger seat was occupied with box of water, and other miscellaneous stuff, my security had to help move it to the trunk. After we drove to the Miami Airport to pick up a model that arrived from NY. The transmission of the limo was slipping badly, not only that but the driver would go over sidewalks and at times would press hard on the brakes making the people in the back hold on to someone near. After the driver said they are swapping limos because of the transmission. They swap it for a white limo which is not what we asked or paid for. The black limo with transmission problems when it arrived was dirty outside, looked like a raggedy limo and inside as well, dusty and smelly. The white limo had a little better appearance but also dirty and inside on the seat we found a nasty comb full of greasy hair stuff. We rented the limo for 6 hours and we returned it before the 6 hours because we had just had enough embarrassment with our models and a producer we are working with. I spoked to the manager who spoked to the owner and after I said my company expectations were at a level they sold themselves to me, all he said was he did the best he could. Well I will never use them again and they didnt offer a refund back thats why they collected the money before the trip even started we paid cash. They lost my business and I dont like to leave negative review but if you want quality and have high expectations like I did, dont use this company because you will definitely make you look bad.
