Had a weed eater there for repair , they took over month to give me an estimate after calling numerous times , received a call from them stating how much it would be to repair the unit , I agreed to the price to get it fix , when I went back to pick up the unit since they would not return my phone calls , I was told the unit was sold because I never came back in time . This people are a complete ripoff

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a part for my side by side and the website stated it would arrive in 3-5 days. A week later, I did not receive the part. I emailed the company and no one answered it. I called and spoke to a lady who told me that they had sent me an email, the day after I ordered the part, stating that the part was out of stock and they had refunded my money, to allow 24-72 hours to receive the refund. I never received an email regarding the out of stock part nor my refund, and yet, here I am still waiting my refund. I checked the website for the part I ordered, and it still shows that it is in stock! Do not order from this company! They will take your money quick and not send you the part or refund your money!

These people are clueless! Ordered a mulch kit for a vride. The model they sent was for one of the first generation vrides. None of these mowers have been in service for probably 10 years. Then they made us pay for the return shipping and restock fee.. oh, the return label was an eBay return. Moral of the story, they collected $400, ordered an antique part for an ancient mower, and blamed us for the screw up.

This is for a 0 star review! Will never order from them again. Ordered a chip guard for my chainsaw that was in stock and said 3 to 5 days delivery. After a week I emailed them asking why the part hasn't shipped yet, no response. Ordered the part from another website and after almost a week and a half get an email saying the part has shipped. Can't believe they're still in business

I wish I could leave them a lower review. I ordered a few different stickers for a few a Ferris Z Turns. Almost $300. I got 3 emails 3 different stickers was out of stock. Then they said they was shipped delivered. Never got anything so I asked which ones was shipped. No answer. I asked for my money back. Never got anything. They are a bunch of crooks ripping people off.
