Joe Blair Lawn Mower

Some trepidation on my first visit over 25 years ago. Big machines and professional landscapers not for homeowners? Wrong, the Shoaf family were welcoming, helpful and Ive been going back ever since. Just replaced my gas Stihl products with all battery per Davids recommendation. Mower, blower and Kombi power head. Couldnt be more pleased.

Took my father's lawn mower to repair and my whole experience for the very first time was excellent. From the customer service agent who took the order to the sales representative that I spoke to when I went to pick up, the process went very smooth, professional, and fast. The mower has been working well since it was serviced more than a month ago. I do recommend them.

My recent interaction with their customer service was deeply unsatisfactory. Despite enduring a frustrating 30-minute hold, the representative I eventually connected with seemed disinterested and inattentive. As I attempted to communicate my concerns, it felt like I was left talking to myself. The lack of engagement and attention to my inquiries left me feeling mistreated and ignored throughout the entire interaction. This experience has undoubtedly soured my perception of their customer service standards.
