Update.
I called the number I found on Google to report what happened to me and a very arrogant man told me that this was not possible, and that the only thing that could happen was that the machine would run out of coins. When I told him that this was not the case, since several clients changed after me, and even I had to change again because not receiving my full change, it was not enough for me, he told me that was not true .
It seems that being rude in this place goes from the workers to the people in charge.

I changed $20 dollars at the coin machine and it only gave me $13 dollars in coins. There are only 3 parking spaces so I came late at night and the place is very dirty. I had never counted coins before but I always found it to be very expensive, now it all makes sense. It had happened to me before that I lost 45 minutes in a dryer that didn't heat up and they had it enabled. Last time for me. Terrible experience in this place.

The employee working on the laundry have bad attitude and explain something simple like barking dog no have education customer services bad and the machine is too slow beware of the lady dog on the laundry
