For more than one year I left my clothes and paid to get good service, today February-2- 2024 the new employee mixed the white clothes with the colored ones and damaged all the white clothes, part of the socks were lost, she didn't Don't fold the clothes, horrible experience, I will never come back. For more than a year I left it in charge of washing my wife and mine's clothes and I paid for a good service and today February-2-2024 a new employee stained the white clothes and left them stained which we had to throw away, part of the Socks were lost and the clothes were not folded as usual, the previous times the girls on duty were very professional and friendly, we had a horrible experience, we will not return again.

Professional friendly staff, working washing/dryer machines!! Clean & peaceful atmosphere & they take Credit/Debit cards! I am very pleased with my experience here

I give it one star because there is no way to put zero, I don't think I take the clothes there for more than a day to wash them and I tried to get my money back so I could take the clothes to another place but the one who takes care of a mess is not very rude.

This place runs me ragged with the inconsistency of times open. This time I walk up to the back entrance at 11:15 am and the doors locked. Theres people inside doin laundry and eventually someone opens the door and says they closed at 10am. So they were only open three hours today? There was no sign on the front or back door notifying of closure nor on the website. The man also couldnt say if it would be open tomorrow. I understand shortening operating hours due to New Years Eve but to only have it open from 7-10am?! At least put a sign. I walk blocks to go do my laundry here so its just a hassle to get here and then have to roll my laundry cart back home due to terrible communication from the place. If this place wasnt the closest laundromat near me with good machines I wouldve dipped a long time ago but a girl needs to do laundry so o well
