        Reached out to Tropical on May 18th for a consultation. It took them 5 days to reply on May 23rd, and they were quick to note they have a $5k project minimum policy, which is comical due to the subsequent events. Scheduled a consultation and took the day to be home for them, only for them to no call-no show. No one in their office picks up the phone either. As first impressions go, this is as poor as possible. I wish they valued their customers' time as much as they value their own. Take your business elsewhere where you will be valued - I know I will! Services: Garden design, Sod installation
