I'm a hobby breeder of greencheek conures and peachfaced lovebirds and have sent over 150 samples to IQ testing in the last 2-3 years. The turnaround time is always amazing. I have never waited more than 2 days for online results - the longest wait is for the mail to arrive and even to this day, I always eagerly anticipate the results for each baby. I use feather testing which is extremely easy. Slightly more expensive than blood testing, but I just don't have the heart to make my babies bleed. I'm not aware of any incorrect results up until now. In all this time, I only had 2 inconclusive tests, and all I have to do is send another sample free of charge for a re-test. Customer service is prompt and always professional. I also enjoy the regular blog posts regarding research and diseases, which are very educational and interesting for any aviculturist. A really great company, I always recommend them to parrot owners wanting to know the gender of their beloved pet.

WOW - extremely fast results (like the day after they received the results), and very cheap DNA testing. This was the cheapest DNA testing in the area for only $15. And very responsive as well - I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Absolutely phenomenal company! I have used them a ton of times and I will continue to use them in the future to DNA my baby Cockatiels. Not only is it extremely easy, affordable and straightforward to send in a test the results are supersonic most get back to me the same day they are received. I sent for a DNA back in September and due to no fault of IQ Bird Testing their mailbox was broke into and my samples were stolen. IQ Bird Testing has great customer service and sent me what I needed to re-send samples right away. I didn't get clear crayon for them to DNA so after a third try and confusion on another bird I had sent in for DNA testing they were able to straighten out within a couple hours and have the DNA for my missing DNA. I have been sending samples to IQ Bird Testing for 2 or 3 years now and will continue to do so. They are quick to respond, customer service is great when needed, and results are quick and accurate. Great job IQ Bird Testing, Thank you!
