CRM Kitchen Cabinets

Hired them for a kitchen, bathroom and closet remodel, Kitchen Measurements were taken and what was installed was not what was agreed. Seems they do not do custom kitchens but I learned this after the fact. But that was the least of the problems. 1. Kithchen furniture quality is ok but the installation job ruined it all, mutiple holes and cracks in the kitchen doors that they wanted to fix with stickers. Which after more than 8 months of waiting for a kitchen i had to settle with as I was tired. There is no attention to detail. 2. I bought my countertop on my own but I checked the measurements with them before buying. I even had them on the phone as I was purchasing the material. After I buy it seems that what I bought could not be used for what we had discussed 1000 times ( I wanted a mitered edge and apparently you need a countertop with 2cm , instead of 3cm in width) . They did not take any ownership for that. 3. Their countertop fabricator is the most unprofessional person. I visited the shop to tell him where I wanted the cuts as there were designs in the piece I wanted to avoid. He got upset at me because i was telling him where to cut. At the end he cut wherever he wanted and CRM had no accountability for that either. Not only did he cut wherever, he did not finish polishing the edges of the coutertop, he also broke the bathroom piece . To summarize a very poorly done job. CRM did not take any responsibility. 4. Bathroom cabinets were made to order, drawers were supposed to be without handles, they were fabricated incorrectly. After months and months of waiting I accepted the mistakes as I needed to finish. 5. There were so many mistakes done with the closets, bathroom and kitchen that I ended up accepting as I needed to live my house, I needed to finish and have them leave! It took more than 8 months and I was tired, tired of Waiting, tired of all the mistakes They even broke my stove while installing it. They gave me some compensationfor it, but it was fight I had to have with them and it was not enough for a new stove. At the end I would NOt recommend this company. Do your research first. CRM did a great job in our house and we highly recommend this Company to do this kind of job. Very professional and always listening our questions and give us always a response. We worked with CRM to remodel our kitchen and bathroom. They are a great team to work with, excellent work ethic, they quickly return every call and text and everyone that worked in these two projects are highly skilled at what they do, and it shows on the results. We will work with them again for other projects. Highly recommended.
