I contacted Karina at the Mayors store located at international mall over a year ago about obtaining a Rolex timepiece. She promptly set up an appointment time that was convenient for me. Karina is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about watches. I have purchased a couple of timepieces from Karina and always receive exemplary service. There are a plethora of boutiques and stores where I could purchase timepieces. However, as long as Karina is at Mayors I will remain a loyal customer.

I would like to take a moment to express the feeling of trust and professionalism that welcomes you when you enter the store at the International Mall located in Miami. I have been there on several occasions and have asked many questions about different brands. Most of the times I have been helped by Adiel Olivares and he has always showed a superior way of interacting with me. He has taken his time and enthusiasm to talk about several pieces that are not even on display and has shared an incredible amount of details and history of the timepieces that I have tried on, leading to be a step closer to buy and appreciate brands that are not that popular in todays world.
