        Customer service was great but the system was slow, so it took a little while to check out. Other than that, everything was perfect

        Service was amazing the staff was super nice, but the systems were down and i had to wait like twenty minutes to check out other than that 10/10!!

        A few days ago, I went to Banter and had a great experience with the person helping me! However, when I went to pay the system went down and I had to wait almost an hour. My two options were either paying cash (which I didnt have at the time) or going to the other kiosk to process my order. I genuinely did have a nice time there, but the system being slow was a bit of a detriment to the overall good experience.
