Robin In the Grove

I had a technical problem with my Bulgari watch, I went to see Bulgari for a repair quote, and I went to see Robin In The Grove to compare the quotes. Robin In The Grove's service was much cheaper, and I preferred their professionalism, and I like to rely on their years of experience with watches from major brands. Unfortunately, I have no confidence in the expertise of employees of major brand houses in Miami, as their employees have no training and no savoir faire. I don't blame them, it's just Miami that is still young in terms of professionalism. I much prefer local family businesses. Next time I wont bother going elsewhere!

Another awesome experience at Robin in the Grove. Took my Bell & Ross Radar for service and an update and as always it was a pleasure to come and work with Phillip. The new strap makes this watch really eye catching and it was a great find. I get so many compliments on this watch. Thank you!

Have gone here multiple times to get links added or removed. also for new batteries. always friendly, gets the job done fast and for a reasonable price.

An exelent place to get watches. This little store has nice brand name watches at a good price. The shop also carries jewelry. The workers here seem to know there stuff. The care and customer service is good.

Aren't watches just beautiful?      I have a fascination with them, especially the Cartier brand. To my happily, unexpected, happy, surprise I found them today. This little store carries a good selection of watches with that brand at a good price. I was very happy with my watch and the price I paid. The store also has jewelry and other watch brands. It's more of a watch shop, in my opinion.   The parking situation is street parking.  Mostly parallel, pay the meter, parking.  I did see one small, full, parking lot. I had to park a few blocks away. This area has a lot of traffic.      The customer service was great. The guy working seemed to know his stuff. With purchase. The new watch was adjusted for me and a new battery was installed.  I was a happy customer.
