I had an excellent experience with Dr. Robalino and her staff. Dr. Robalino is not only highly knowledgeable but also an excellent communicator. She took time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained my diagnosis and treatment options. The staff at the clinic were exceptional as well. They were attentive, organized and ensured that my appointments ran smoothly. Its evident that they prioritize patient care and comfort. Edna, her MA, is an amazing person and her professionalism and kindness shine brightly. I appreciate the level of care and attention I received during my visits, and I definitely recommend Dr. Robalino and their team to anyone seeking top-notch medical care. Dr. Robalino and her assistant Edna are so kind, informative and supportive! Edna goes above and beyond to get you what you need and is very thorough. Dr. Robalino is knowledgeable and is not trying to sell you on prescriptions or illness you do not have. Yet, she addresses all concerns one by one and makes you feel comfortable to talk about your symptoms. She is helping me address my stomach concerns at her office with 2 treatments that make sense, that she walked me through step by step. She is not just passing me off to a gastroenterologist. The office is clean and appointments run on time! Good reminder calls and easy to use patient portal.
