        Horrible company. They still bill you after you cancel. They change the billing amounts per month too, in an effort to get around billing blocks. I'd make this review zero stars if I could.

        I have had my own servers at the colo for 10 years. Their service is great, and nice and helpful people work there.

        Don't hire anything from this company, they're swindlers. After purchasing and installing the server they send you additional charges that did not exist at the time of hiring and even threaten to shut down the server if you don't pay. I am very disappointed, I thought it was a serious company.

      This review is absolutely untrue. Dan posted this review before ever reaching out to us.There was no attempt made to call, email, or reach out to us to cancel the service in any way. In fact, Dan has never opened a ticket in his time as a client with us.He communicated with us via our website live chat the day after his billing cycle renewed (after posting this false review) and his cancellation was processed immediately and a refund was provided retroactively.With regard to "changing the billing amounts" - Dan used a 50% off first month promotional offer. It is very clearly communicated throughout the signup process that the subsequent renewal would be at the standard price.Customer satisfaction is a top priority for us and we pride ourselves on taking care of our clients. Unfortunately, Dan did not give us that opportunity before posting this inaccurate review.
