Im contacting this company on behalf of Tudor House condominium (Apt 1).Ive been trying to get a copy of my flood insurance certificate, Ive been sending emails to Lillie Alvarez, on the first email she told me she was out of the office and addressed me to John and Mike( Lillie Alvarez do you know what is customer services ?. You dont address a request to someone else)any way I sent an email to both of this guys, I got Not replies at all!!!.. I contacted her three days back, she act like what kind of proof I needed it??.. Lillie Alvarez I sent you a copy of the letter from my mortgage company, that is what I need, they explained there what they need!!! I called several times to all different numbers on internet that they have, no one had answered!!!
