    Horrible, rude, disrespectful customer service Mariaelena or Marian who ever I spoke to is the rudest person I've spoken to thus far. Screaming speaking over me .They are fineing me because they input my vin number wrong and the fhs is charging me $150 because they messed up and she is being very difficult ?I asked for a manager but seems like this is a one man show do not go with this company I do not recommend such aN UGLY ATTITUDE AND TELLING ME SHE DOESNT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE THE CALL RECORDED. If you don't like your job, find another one. I personally do customer service and would never speak to anyone like the way she spoke to me, and on top of that she hung up on my face. They don't even deserve 1 star and I would love to speak to her manager! incompetent people shouldn't do customer service..........update of this this situation, never got fixed and had to pay out of pocket $150 for their mistake. I want my money back as for the malicious comment. I'm pretty sure who wrote that was the same lady who disrespected me and told me she didn't care about the customer service she provided me with. So Grace insurance, when am I going to receive my reimbursement of the $150 fine I received due to your mistake??? I was very calm during our phone call that I recorded, you never helped me and I have no proof that you reached out to anyone to resolve my problem that was created due to your horrible services. Can't believe you will really get on here and lie to any other customer of yours. Please let me know if you would like me to post our conversation.

For our customers: this comment is from someone is not even a customer of us. After 50 calls between the policy holder and her (here called his girlfriend) I challenge any professional to manage the situation the way we did. The most important thing here is that we are doing everything we can and more to solve the problem in a timely manner for the customer which is not her, she called on behalf someone else and still we addressed the request right away. I want to know if she is going to post the good result our customer is going to have after the company solve the issue as we have done everything on our hand to solve, we are the brokers and depend on the Carriers at all time. We are not going to let this malicious comment to discourage us to continue helping the customer until the situation get solved. We help many customers in a daily basis and all our customers are happy and greatly appreciate their loyalty, thus we respect those who are not part of our family any more.
