        They sent me a non renewal notice saying I lived in a 20 year old condo within 3 miles of the coast. I live in a 3 year old standalone house. When I called to ask about it, I was told theyd get back to me, and they never did. Called again a few more times and same situation, theyd get back to me, and still never did. No clue if my homeowners is getting renewed or not at this point. Been a few months now. Ive started shopping around.

        My experience with Allstate has been mostly very positive with the only exception being that I disagreed with their assignment of culpability in a minor fender bender.
