I used to love going to Cycle Bar until I started to receive unauthorized charges to my account. I cancelled 2 months in advance because the membership was too expensive and to avoid getting charged any extra time I cancelled 2 months in advance my last payment was supposed to be 1 month ago yet I check my account today and I see that they charged me $129 again. I stopped going was to not pay this expensive membership yet they continue to charge me regardless! On top of that they conveniently never answer the phone. I have contacted them during their class times which is when they are available for the phone yet still there is no answer. I quit my membership to finally stop having to deal with these issues yet it seems like they never come to an end. Its really disappointing considering how I would love going cycling there before.

Terrible staff and owner! BEWARE, if you have to cancel your membership they simply will not. My mother became ill and then passed away. No amount of calls, visits or emails resolved the matter. Finally had to turn to my credit card for help.

Absolute best cycling place in South Florida! Enviroment is amazing, the class is very fun and everyone is super friendly. 10/10 experience!

I really enjoyed the classes and started at the end of NOV. 2022. Each instructor I have met have been wonderful but the administrative team does not make it easy to stay committed to the program. Ive wanted to cancel my membership because it has become an expensive expense and they seem to be having administrative issues since I also have unauthorized charges made to my card. Every time I have called in and attempted to resolve my issues I cant seem to get them a hold of them. I have followed their directions on how to reach them via phone call and Instagram message as requested by them - No answer. Its so sad and unfortunate because I really enjoyed taking classes at Cycle Bar in West Kendall!
