We are so grateful for Alex’s willingness to drive all the way up from Boca Raton to Orlando. He went above and beyond to ensure our house was free from the strong odor. Knowing we had cats, he even left behind a cat odor removal product for free that we can use for any future odor issues. He did a great job, and I know we would not have found a better solution anywhere else, in addition to the great price! Master Odor Removal saved the holidays! Bought a preowned luxury car for the wife and we discovered very strong tobacco smoke odor throughout and in the air system. The dealership used something that did not work when we brought it back. We thought we were stuck. Unstead we looked online and found these folks. Alex told us how it worked and that they service Bentley, Porsche, BMW and Carmax dealerships, and we watched some of their videos online So we knew we had a chance as we are both bothered by smoke smells. Same day service, friendly and very professional.  Most importantly, our car now smells amazing with no smoke smells anymore, just neutral like they advertise. Merry X-Mas for sure now!! THANKS.
