This place is terrible. Smells so bad, things are old and have no maintenance at all.. It was a terrible experience, not worth the money for it!! Beds aren't comfortable, rooms smells really, really bad, too much humidity.

Overall, a wonderful stay at this facility. Very clean. Nice lounge/restaurant. Staff very friendly & helpful. Nice facility. Price good for what we needed.

Great place to stay at a reasonable price. May be an old building but clean and kept fairly up to date inside. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was no hairdryer in our room, the one attached to the wall in my sister's room didn't work. I went to the front desk (about 7:30 am) and was told by Chantel that there was no possible way for her to find one for me. There might be extras locked in the housekeeping closet, that nobody had access to. I asked about looking in an empty room, she said she didn't have any. As I stood there with wet hair and a driver set to arrive in about 30 minutes, she told me that 'maybe at 9:00 am someone from housekeeping might be able to help.' She was completely dismissive. We cruise frequently out of Miami and stay at this property for a number of reasons. I am so disappointed in this experience that I am looking for another option for our March and April visits to Miami. Of note, the rooms on the 5th floor don't close tightly unless you really pull - I found 3 that has been vacated already, knocked and called out to be sure it was really vacant and found a hair dryer in the THIRD one. Not a good experience. It was not busy at that time of morning and the girl literally shrugged her shoulders and said, nothing I can do. I wasn't requesting something that is outside of VERY typical hotel parameters, and she basically said, too bad lady. She earned your hotel several lost patrons.
