Travelodge by Wyndham Miami Biscayne Bay

i made a security deposit for my stay and never got my full refund back. they never sent me a receipt why i wouldnt receive the full refund there was no damages to my room or anything and when i call the front desk nobody answers or they pick up and hang up. i also had to call wyndhams corporate customer support and they wouldnt even answer the phone for them either complete scam and horrible service dont let these people play with your money extremely unprofessional.

We came into Miami for 3 days before our 7 day cruise 2/8/2024 . I wanted a clean, affordable, convenient and safe place to stay. We did not want to spend $300+ for a room per night for a place I did not plan to be in all day and just wanted my luggage safe as could be while we were out. After a lot of researching back and forth I landed on this. I was satisfied. Only issue I had a dislike for in the room and out at a couple other places was the smell of moisture in the space almost moldy in the air system. I complained and they changed our filter in our room and it seemed fine from there. 4 guest in our space.

Quiet stop when returning from vacation. Only thing is no pool or breakfast.

No problems, great stay, we are returning soon, within the continent. Rooms: Spacious and well equipped Safety: Quiet area without so much street noise. Walkability: Beautiful, to go to Downtown or closer to Midtown, and the fully grown Miami Design!

If I could give a 0 star I would. I booked this room two weeks ago and my reservation was cancelled today with no notice. I called and they told me there was a glitch in the system that cancelled my appointment and that I would need to reschedule through the website. My original price was $500 for 5 nights and when I went to reschedule it was $500 per night. I called Wyndham and they stated they sold to hotel recently to someone else and they no longer controlled the reservations. This hotel is cancelling all reservations to make people pay more. They only want more money and the fact that they lied straight to my ear saying there was a glitch in the system is disgusting. We booked an Air BNB for similar pricing of our original booking. They are greedy and I would not stay here at all costs.
