Staybridge Suites Miami Doral Area, an IHG Hotel

I stay there for 7 days with my family.4 adults and 1 child.we all love the time we stay at the hotel.The staff at the front destk was very friendly and helpfull at all times.The breakfast was great.This hotel is definitely where we will stay when we in Miami again.Thank you to all the staff at Staybridge for making our vacation one we will always remember Rooms: Comfortable lot of space .our room had everything we need for our family.I Food & drinks: The breakfast was the right start for the day.Wonderful breakfast

I was staying here for the week. I woke about 1030pm 11 pm to get a drink of water, and I turned on the light to see that there were roaches everywhere in the room. All in the kitchen, all over the desk, crawling on the walls abs in and out the the dishwasher.

Be carefull when booking done via HRS. The hotel will lock your room on several occassions upon declined payments of the HRS virtual credit card. Both the fron desk manager and area director of sales will not help you. The are not willing to give a internetional call to the HRS hotline, very unsupportive, you are on your own in the foreign country. THANK YOU the frot desk workers and all people work in the hotel though, they do great job. Management very poor, substandard though.

A location close of Doral's business. Suites are well organized. People at the counter are considered. The atmosphere is quiet. Only the maintenance need to be upgraded.
