No address shown on the building,,no name of place,driving around in circles for a while, Virtual check in is terrible, 1.5 hours with the family waiting outside ,the apartment is very nice and clean ,pool is great. Will not stay again only because the virtual check in, to much stress.

Worst experience of my life .
No concierge in . You arrive in an empty room and no one here to give your key . After 1 hours fighting through multiple virtual check in and background check you finally go to an old elevator and they door key not working . You get scared of not being able to enter or go out of your room and no manager to help you .
I highly unrecommand this hotel !!

I was given only one key fob, after checking out, they wanted to charge me $150 for the second key fob that I never had. The key fob cost is $1 and they want to charged me $150 its so sad. Its unacceptable.
