        Upon arrival, we were told our room was no longer available (!!!) We had booked a double queen bed months in advance (for 2 adults and 2 kids). Instead, they gave us ONE king size bed and promised they would send roll away beds a d two extra towels (which they never did). As the icing on the cake, I bought two chocolate milks at their (already closed) snack counter and paid cash to the guy checking us in. Next day at checkout, they wanted to charge my room for them. Also, towels in the bathroom are great, if you want to exfoliate your skin as you try to get dry.
