Hotel Indigo Miami Brickell, an IHG Hotel

Hotel room was not the cleanest. Service was fine, staff were nice. My biggest concern was someone got the key to someone elses room by accident. This should never happen. Overall it was okay but I wouldnt choose this hotel again. Food & drinks: The food at the hotel was good and I am a very picky eater. It is kid friendly

The hotel has a great location and the staff is very friendly. The only bad thing is that they charge you a deposit (in my case it was 50% of the cost of the nights I stayed) that they promise to return. In my case they have not returned my $300. While I was staying I had to see clients arguing heatedly with the front desk staff on 2 occasions, because they were not getting their deposit back. If you don't want to lose money, it is best not to stay at this hotel. The hotel has a great location and the staff is very friendly. Rooms: Me dieron una habitacin que se oan los trenes constantemente y adems con la obra de un edificio enfrente. Mal para descansar.
