        Sally was the best!! She helped out so much with booking a room and it was very late! This hotel is phenomenal 10/10 recommend to anyone staying in Miami! Cant wait to say again.

        Sally was absolutely the best!!!! She took care of me at almost 4am. She was able to beat all the expectations I had. I was stuck here on a work trip last minute and she made my night so much better. She went above and beyond. Companies should study her on how customer service should be offered. I highly recommend this hotel based off her customer service alone!

        Please DONT STAY ON THIS HOTEL. Dont forget nothing on the room They mysteriously never found itens before you leave. I lost my AirPods beside de bed, just because they dont know what happened Expensive hotel, poor culture! Lost a client.
