A nurse named yunisleidys had a horrible experience. When we decided to change hospice services, she called my mother to question why and then told her that my grandfather was going to remove his equipment, including the oxygen he needed. I called the office to complain and A certain Diana tells me that it was a confusion when all my grandfather's caregivers were listening to her. It is horrible that they call a daughter who is suffering from her father's illness to tell her that they are going to leave him without oxygen and to question her. Look for a company that really look out for your patients and not just see you as a symbol of weight
