We were referred to Arsi Care Group by our hotel for childcare services and we were very pleased with their quality of work! We needed a same day/last minute babysitter for our 2 year old daughter on a Saturday night and they were able to accommodate our request very quickly. They responded immediately through the WhatsApp messaging. Our babysitter was Claudia and she was absolutely fantastic. She had extensive experience, was patient and understanding, listened to my requests, was punctual, and communicated with me throughout the evening. My daughter had a great time with her - I wish we could hire her long term! I would certainly use Arsi Care’s services again

Erica was wonderful! She came equip with a bag full of giddies to occupy the attention of my four year old. She was super communicative in regard to what he was doing while we were away as well as his meals. She was kind and patient with my fiancé and more importantly, my son. I will totally request her if at any time we are in Miami and need a nanny! 5 stars hands down!

Lorena was great and super profetional! They send Alejandra to take care of our 3yr old in the Hotel!! The services was superb!! I will most deff used them again!!! Thank you all!
