I cant say enough about Family First Home Care. From the moment I called to initiate services, I was greeted by friendly, warm & caring people (Elana & Elle) who got on the job right away. Within 1 day they found caregivers for my father who was being discharged from the hospital. The aides are Wonderful; very professional yet kind & caring. They quickly learned how to best care for my father while giving him dignity & room for independence where appropriate. They are reliable & honest. My family feels confident & secure knowing my father is in such good hands. Working with a family owned business has been such a nice experience. Elle & Elana (sisters) are very accessible, and they respond to calls/emails in a very timely fashion. When my dads needs changed we all worked to together to adjust his plan of care, and things went very smoothly. My family feels so fortunate & grateful to have found such a wonderful agency in our time of need.
