What a blessing Providence HHS was for my family. To find a caregiver in Miami that speaks English, drives, and has a heart of gold... it's unheard of!!! But Providence answered our request! The service from beginning to end made us feel safe and cared for. We were not just a patient in the system. When you bring home a family member from the hospital and you can't do it all yourself - especially when you are juggling your own family -- THIS is the service you need. We were so incredibly blessed to have had the services of Providence and would recommend to anyone seeking home health care services!!!!

Since we needed help to take care of my mom, the company responded and was very supportive. The aide that assists my mom at home is loving, patient, proactive, and professional.

Recently, I received nursing, PT& OT services for my father to recover after being discharged home from the hospital. At one point, I felt helpless when his foley became dislodged of all days on a Friday. To my surprise, they took the burden off my shoulder to call the doctor, obtain new orders for reinsertion and followed up through the weekend to see how he was doing. They also, obtained medical supplies faster than I can say “fast” and delivered them to our door steps so the foley could be reinserted, sparing him an emergency room visit. The entire time they served us, they showed diligence in providing all services; as well as always operating with compassion and reliability. Overall, Providence Home Health serves with a listening ear, a kind heart and effective manner. Families in need of home health care can rest assured that their loved ones will always receive quality care from dedicated health professionals and nothing less!
