        They will answer the phone and help answer questions but what I have found out after owning two units is that the warranty is a joke. My 3 ton unit has had two factory leaks and basically after getting the first leak fixed MHP tells me my warranty is covered and they will send a check but the check never comes. When I call they say they will send it next week. Basically the two repairs will cost me about $1100.
