Second visit: We are delighted that we could have Marcus Rios again. He took care of my list of eight items in two hours as he is excellent at electrical jobs. Put on booties because it rained last night. Kept his mask on. Cleaned up. nice young man. First Visit: Worked Marcus not only got the messed up switches working and improved, he made it look great, too. pleasant and considerate young man. Knows his stuff! Dale was the repairman who serviced my /Heating unit on Nov. 1. He checked out possible thing and got my elderly Goodman unit going He was respectful and explained completely and patiently. I have now signed up for a three year upkeep plan which has lots of advantages for me. In the past, Albert B. has serviced my /Heating unit and he has done a superb job keeping an older unit going.
