Quality Medical Consultants - QMC Cares

A random inpatient doctor at UM that I have no relationship with decides to collect his dues through this company that I had never heard of before and you receive a bill that they just expect you to pay, they don't provide you with any information and threat to send you to collection if you don't pay. They also charged my insurance for periods I was not even hospitalized: INSURANCE FRAUD!

Wish I could give this place minus 100 stars but its impossible. These people cant even give you the right information. They say they want to help you but they really dont, and they lie just to get by. How can people still do business with them, especially doctors, is beyond me. Completely unprofessional and lacking patience. I admit I was angry when I called because Ive been dealing with a collections notice of a bill they never sent me two years ago, but as a professional they should have been more sensitive to my particular problem. They dont want to proof what kind of service was provided, and they expect me to pay. Im calling fraud. PEOPLE BEWARE, THIEF is a small word to refer to them.

This place for me is the worst in the world, I have been calling on the phone for 2 whole days and supposedly I get some telephone operators who only pick up calls and cannot answer me, today I even asked to speak with a supervisor who also deceived me because it is 4 o'clock pm and they have not returned my call, I am very disappointed, horrible
