        The AC the whole week has been broken between 75 and 76 on top of that as usual, no desenfecting wipes!!! it's a recurring issue yo have to put your hands on top of more than 20+ sweetie people per day! How can the owner be so careless? if the trainers and staff weren't so amazing I would change gym. YOU SHOULD KNOW BETTER HAVING 3 GYMS.

      Hey Karen. Thank you for your feedback. It’s actually 4 studios we own and Doral is our licensed studio (5 total) and we are very aware of the AC issue. We don’t have a in house AC company. So there has to be a call out and repairmen to be available. We are working on the situation. The formality is to have the mall management provide a diagnostic of the problem. Then, we hire our own company to make sure it’s the same problem. We hope to expedite it as soon as possible. For 20 years we always listento our members and make sure they’re in a happy, safe environment. With over 500 members at the studio we haven’t heard of any issues with the cleanliness of the studio. Mostly how amazing our workout system is, coaches and staff. And since our members have such a great rapport with our stafff, I’m sure they might convey any circumstances. Here’s our email address.
