The rebranding didn't affect our operations; everything continued as usual. While our website changed after a few months, Mindbody accounts should have notified members to continue reserving classes. Our contact information remained the same, and our schedule continued without interruption.Our cancellation policy, a 30-day notice, is explained to all members upon signup. This is more lenient than many other gyms in the area and is clearly stated in the simple, two-page agreement you signed. We strive to make cancellations hassle-free and don't require reasons—just advance notice.You were asking for an exception to made for the cancellation policy, but I recall pushing back your membership renewal date a few months ago when you had trouble finding our new website and accessing your account - an uncommon gesture but made in efforts to improve our relations.We regret that you felt the need to spam multiple negative reviews. We're a struggling small business, not a billion-dollar corporation without expenses like ClassPass. At the end of the day, you were displeased because we neglected to treat you any differently that we treat our customer base. We value your feedback and hope you have a pleasant day.
