        I had an endoscopy done and I felt the staff was rushed to get the procedure done and did not prepare me adequately. The next day a have a swollen lip, must have been the mouthpiece pinched my lip, and a strong pain on the left side of my face, it is tender and swollen. I do not know what must have caused it but it is very uncomfortable. I feel that the staff could have been more careful in preparing the position in the right position to avoid these aftermath. Called the center several times and did not get an answer. Finally, the doctor called me in the evening. This is the second day after the procedure and my lip still swollen, making it difficult to eat, drink or talk. My face still hurts!!!

        The Endoscopy Center was wonderful. The Gastrohealth offices are very inefficient. They never confirmed any appointment and sent me to the wrong address for my colonoscopy.
