The original owner retired and so did the quality of this company. The new owner doesnt seem to have experience managing this type of company and it shows. Its very disorganized. Apparently, the owner starts his lunch at 12 pm and doesnt answer back until the next business day. Dont let this arrogant man steal your money.

Called them and had a great response from them. From the office staff to the driver, everyone was super nice!! I am glad theres people that still want to work hard and make customers happy.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. An employee had the audacity to call me a racist and hang up on me because I wanted to be helped by someone who spoke and understood english. More shocking was response from management that they know this employee is very "combustible" yet they have her deal with customers. And by the way, good luck even trying to get a return call. AVOID AT ALL COSTS I did not sceam or belittle nor ask to be prioritized. Once we spoke i was appreciative of arrangements made for next week. However I left a message yesterday which was not returned just like i called 3 weeks ago to ask for installation of a gas stove and that call was never returned. I can appreciate your taking your enployees side. But you were not a party to the calls and have been misguided. The facts as set out in your reply are incorrect and quite libelous You even asked if i still needed the stove installed - three weeks later. Regarding the language issue i just ask to be able to communicate and i was unable to. Sungas has served this house over 25 years and we never had had an issue until this month. It is unfortunate that calls are not returned messages unanswered and facts are fabricated to exculpate unacceptable behavior. Reviews are provided to share experiences. Referencing them is our only excuse to deal with substandard service.

Worst service ever,had me called out from my job saying they’re coming to turn on my gas and 3 days in a row they never showed up and Ana the assistant had me on hold saying he's gonna talk to her manager regarding the situation so he can call me back, he never did and called back later there was another lady with a low voice telling me that the office is closing at 4h30 and the manager been informed regarding my situation so my Xmas dinner is ruined Because of them, please send me a refund as soon y'all open back on Monday.
