SCAM dont rent units with them. I rent one in ONE BROADWAY they dont answer the phone or the message, they appear one hour later for the check in. The bathroom has hairs in the shower. The mattress was like a hammock they didnt want to give me my money back when I complained from the begging I asked for that since the first hours. Apprarently this is NORMAL for these scammer cause at the property everybody knows about their poor services. So dont book with them.

Total scam do not book read other people's reviews and they are not refunding or offering anythinf due to coronovirus so highly recommend not booking with them. Rude from start to finish and refuse to answer your emails. Took my security deposit along with my accomodation despite it saying they would only take two weeks before visit. Sent them evidence my flights have been cancelled due to coronovirus so I can't make it and they refuse to pay me back and they have promised the security deposit to be refunded since January at least 6 times. They lie they lie and they lie saying it will be in your account soon they should never have taken it in the first place. I have had to recover my security deposit through the company I booked with booking.com as they have still not refunded it after 6 months. They have not yet actually made an attempt to contact me or even apologise. Point blank awful place to deal with and have left me with no end of stress.
