Not honorable, nor honest funeral home. If youre the one thats pays them they are willing to do whatever but if youre not the one who signed the check or paid them directly, regardless of your relationship with the person who passed, they really dont care. I just got off the phone with someone from this funeral home, to inquire about getting a death certificate for my father, who passed in 2018. When I explained to him that I was told that no death certificate was originally provided. He asked me for my fathers name. Once I gave him his name, he asked me A few questions about who certain people were that signed and paid for the funeral and the relationship. I explained to him who those people were, and also explained to him that I was the one who signed for him to get cremated As the next kin and that I was told that they will call me when the ashes was available to be picked up. However, they did not call me. The ashes was picked up By another family member, and by the time that I found out his ashes was already in another city in central Florida. The guy was ready to get off the phone and stated that he had no information on my father, the death certificate, or any records in front of him. He had no record but yet he told me information on there Sounds like lies and him trying to cover where they messed up. Definitely not a honorable funeral home. Theyre going to go where the money is coming from not what is right so if anybody does use this funeral home, make sure you have everything you need , everything is done and over with. This man bluntly just lied to me on the phone, trying to cover they own behind.

The staff of Wright and Young are phenomenal and extremely professional. You are walked through each step. They quickly answer any questions. I am very thankful to them.

Wright & Young staff are very professional and accommodating to my family during our very difficult time of transition. My only complaint is that of miscommunication on the family pick up times and the familys private viewing times. However, I do understand staffing shortages can play a big part in this process. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the services provided by Wright & Young Funeral Home. It is most definitely A Signature Service. Thank you!
