These people are very unprofessional. As a business, you should set proper expectations to your clients. I paid $500 to have equipment moved across town. First of all, it is impossible to get a hold of the guy who is in charge of sales (Pablo) because he is never in the office and works "remotely" so I have to wait all day, sometimes until the next day, for a response. Then, they arrived an hour later today to pick up the item and did not bother communicating with me that they were running late. It took me 30 minutes of calling several times and talking to different people to finally get a response that they would be late, when they were already 30 minutes late. When I emailed Pablo back about the courtesy of notifying me, he was very unapologetic and just gave me the excuse of not "being able to control the traffic." No one asked him to control traffic, just hoping for a little consideration and notify me of the situation. Finally they picked it up and went on their way. The receiver refused the delivery and then they tried to charge me to return the item. I did not even know there was a possibility that the receiver could refuse the order. If they would have set up proper expectations and let me know that there is a no refund policy and that there would be an additional charge to return the item, I would have made different arrangements and not gambled that possibility. I was legally instructed to have the equipment sent back, and the receiver refused it on purpose to mess with me. This freight company should have completed the delivery and left it there. And if they can't do that because of "liability issues", then they should have extended the courtesy of a partial refund. Although they did pick up the item and attempt the delivery, the delivery all together was NOT completed. AND they took my payment through Zelle so I can not even dispute the charge. These people know what they are doing, they have probably ran into a lot of issues in the past like this and now they only accept cash so that they can steal and keep people's money even when they do not complete a delivery. Tried to talk to management and come to an agreement or compromise, and they were very rude and unhelpful. Use another company that is more professional and save the trouble.
