With all due respect, you received your order on June 6th and contacted us on July 6th. Exactly 30 days later to notify us that one of the pieces had broken in transit. Our policy is 14 days for return/exchange, replacements and 5 days to report any merchandise damaged from the day you received the shipment. You were informed that it was too late to file a claim with the freight insurance, but that we would do so regardless. The claim form was sent to you to declare details and you were requested to attach the necessary requirements in the case; photos of the damaged merchandise and photos of the box, labels, and shipping materials. And you emailed to us saying that they had been discarded or thrown away. With this being the case, there is no way to submit the claim with insurance or options to help you. It is the responsibility of the consignee to evaluate the package upon receipt and report it immediately if it's any damage. Not to wait 30 days to do so, Not to mention that your claim did not meet the requirements. So how can you expect a replacement to be shipped? We value and respect all our clients but we are sorry we can not accommodate you or fulfill your request.
