I tried calling over 5-8 times and never received an answer; I also sent a text message but received no response. I then proceeded to order from doordash, however they cancelled my order at the last minute. Terrible customer service They have to be more active if they want buyers. Wouldve been nice if i got at least a reply so i wouldnt have waste my time.

Speechless! I am without words as to how helpful Nikki was with my order! This was my first time ordering a bouquet of flowers, and she was just so wonderful!! she fulfilled all of my requests!! Awful of me to be super last minute for Valentine's Day, but she saved me! Helped me send the flower's late into the night right before the big day, and delivered it just in time!! Superb level of customer service! thank you! thank you! The bouquet turned out so perfect! Soooo beautiful! The details! The roses! It was just what I needed! The babe was super happy!!! Will certainly return when in need of special event gifts!! THANK YOU! you're a hero!

10/10 Would recommend!! Nikki was absolutely amazing and the flower bouquet came out beautifully. She was so kind and patient when it came to placing the order and would respond back very quickly. I would 100% order from her again!
