Beautiful flower place! So many options!! i've driven past this place so many times & i'm so glad I finally stopped by today. My mom is going to be so happy with her birthday flowers. Great prices, abundant fresh variety, & great customer service. Lily helped me out and she was very sweet & helpful. Thank you Flower Place!

This place was just bad from the start. No one bothered greeting my family and I. And then upon asking the older lady with glasses sitting at the front by the door who does the transactions if we could just walk into the cooler to select flowers, she literally rolled her eyes, shrugged her shoulders to say yes (I guess) and then we proceeded inside. No one ever asked if we could use assistance and then upon checking out with the same miserable old lady by the door, she never once greeted or thanked us for our business despite bidding her a farewell. She is terrible at customer service. Never coming back here and the prices werent even that great either so spare yourself the trip and go to one of the many better places in Miami for flowers with actual guest service and an actual hello when you walk in the door and a thank you after making a purchase.
