One of the worst customer experience I had in awhile. They short delivered tiles and delivered broken tile. I had to pay $250 for delivery, when trying to get credit for the broken tile, they required me to bring the large broken tiles back even though I showed videos and photos after delivery that these were broken. The tile weighted over 75 lbs and I dont have the vehicle or someone that can help me to load the broken tiles back. The salesman showed zero care when I mentioned this. This company doesnt care about their customers and unless you have a lot of time on your hand to return tiles, stay away.

Our next family adventure take us to USA Title & Marble located at Doral, this is our second time in the store and we received the same costumer service, Alejandro show us the option we have to select the design for our bathroom.We come here in 2021 referred by a friend and that was a amazing decision, we know around this place you many option to choose but they have good prices and quality is like others place around.
