        I have been trying to cancel my membership over a month by calling them, but they said that I can only cancel my membership by coming to the place and sign paper in person. I guess I have to drive all the way from west palm beach to do that. This is absolutely ridiculous. In 2024 I guess we can use a DocuSign

        I joined several months ago after struggling to stay consistent with my fitness goals for years. My average is 5 days per week since I joined. I have fun, I'm healthier, I feel supported and the community is amazing. I'd recommend the experience to anyone, after trying several other gyms and fitness studios in Miami over the years. ISI is the best, hands down

        One of a kind place, the energy is contagious, the trainers are extremely knowledgeable, and the owner is very welcoming! If youre looking for a community that will motivate you to be the best version of yourself go here! I cannot recommend this gym enough

As a gym, we are committed to optimizing the fitness performance of all ages and abilities from beginner to seasoned athletes.
