Very unprofessional No matter when ,what time you call ,they never answer the phone, they Would whether text, you could reply over and over ,you never hear back from them again. UNPROFESSIONAL! This kind of behavior is not trustworthy.

This Mr. Nova who is the owner has no idea what customer service is, he gave me a price and when I hired the job he told me it was 350 dollars more, I tried to have a conversation and he was totally rude and disrespectful, I had to do the job out of necessity but I do not recommend it at all, the most positive thing for a company is to learn how to treat its customers and this man has no idea what that means. I want to commend Ronald and his team for the attentive service throughout the whole process when I needed to get a fence, gate, and side gates installed on my property. They were responsive (text, phone, and email), professional, and did a great job from quoting, ordering special parts, to installation with the necessary permits. I am very impressed with the professionalism and the effectiveness of everyone from the administrative staff to the installers. Even after my warranty had expired, when I had an issue with the gate and contacted Ronald for advise, he went above and beyond and sent a wonderful team that performed my gate track repair at no charge.
