        My family chicken was old you can tell it was sitting there for a while, I call tonight spoke with the so call manager she was nasty, unprofessional, and straight down stupid, I tried explaining to her, she cursed and hung up on me several times, I call her 7 times trying to explain to her and she answered put the phone down and predicted to talk and laughed about me while I was listening, Never will I eat from here again, and I recommend no on else should

        I purchased a chicken box tonight, and my chicken was spoiled. I took it back to tell the night manager about my issue and her attitude was extremely nasty. I am very disappointed on the customer service and food quality. I wont be coming back to this specific establishment, it lacks professionalism.

        The morning crew is really nice and helpful even when you dont speak English they do try their hardest to help you by pointing to the different menu items on the menu board
