        I got thru the drive-thru window and they took a long time to take my order. I miss the freppe :(

        Late night craving. Despite staff shortage the manager worked really hard to get orders out. Was very polite and apologetic for minor delays. Food was fresh and hot. My heart goes out to the staff for really trying hard!

        I got two milkshakes and they had a chemical taste, like cleaner. I don't know how they are cleaning their equipment or if the cups are cleaned. But it was disgusting and dangerous to serve a drink like that to the customers.

        Soda dispenser was kind of empty it only had doctor pepper, pink lemonade and sprite. Didn't have no mayonnaise only ketchup and other sauce. Bathroom we're kind of clean.

        The service horrible. 15 min wait time for walk in and 25 min for drive thru. Understaffed and disorganized. Definitely going to corporate to complain about it. They dont deserve that franchise
