The worst restaurant ever. Employees always disrespecting customers. Really really bad.

Horrible!!!! My mother went to eat here and the lady at the cash register was burping when my mother was ordering!!!! She was rude!!!!! She was laughing and making fun of her because she didnt speak English! She also was ignoring her when she was asking for a cup to drink! The place was dirty! We are never eating here again!!!

Im giving 2 stars because the employees that work there handles the costumers better then the Manager. The manager was very rude and pushy. He wont let you talk about what problems youre having and talks over you over and over. I had to make 2 trips back there because he didnt want to help and I wanted to keep calm about the situation it took my girlfriend who was extremely upset to go in and talk to a regular employee about our order being missed up and fixed it for us and gave us what we were missing. As a manager who works at a hospital if I handled any situation like this guy whos a manager at Popeyes I wouldnt have a job anymore I dont think this guy even cares about his job or customers. Im from Maryland and visiting Miami and this experience was very upsetting worst visit Ive had since coming down here.

This place is a joke. Popeyes needs to shut this store down. Gives a great company a horrible look. Went in waited 15 mins to order because the lady was to busy pacing back and forth. Then the cook came to help. I ordered and he said just give me 20 bucks cash we call it even I said sir I have a $100 I need change. Then the manager gives me $90 in change. I ask her about this and she says oh thats what that $10 is doing over there. 100% the fry cook was going to pocket the $20, then the manager was trying to pocket the $10. If you read reviews you can tell this place is a joke. I know this review wont do anything but Ill call corporate on Monday.
