        What a wonderful experience with Carlos and Lu at the Stuart Weitzman Dadeland store! I walked in to browse and fell in love with the Mckenzee boot. In store they had the black and blush colors for full price, but Carlos mentioned that they had several beautiful colors deeply discounted at other stores. He looked up all the pictures and called all around the US looking for my derailed color/size combo. Finally he found a store willing to ship them to me for over 50% off! He even texted to follow up on whether I loved the color or not. Sadly when they arrived they were slightly narrow on me. I went back to the store and he and Lu had me try on a larger size in the full price color as a backup and also called around for the larger size in another store. In the end Carlos and Lu spent over an hour stretching out the shoe width so they would fit me perfectly! They really went above and beyond and are so wonderful to go and see.
