Since the changes in the office, it's been going down hill fast. The front desk is useless. Been giving me the run around for nearly a month now. I'm puzzled with a lot a changes that's been made that was perfectly fine the way it was. I do understand things do change and new procedures has been implemented, but some of the ways things used to be done was 100 percent better than the new procedures. Over the years I've referred MANY!!! The way things are today, I'd be ashamed to refer anyone. I still adore Yvonne and the ladies in the back. It's the new front desk staff that can't give direct answers to simple questions. I've given them the benefit of a doubt. I gave them ample time to get back to me. I think after waiting over a week for a return phone call is more than enough time; but after waiting for 2 weeks, I went into the office and even AFTER that, a week goes by and I call AGAIN!!!! Ending up so upset with the response, I hung up! Hopefully sooner than later, the beautiful flow the practice once had will be back in place.
